Soviet Union and Nazi Germany were atheist, secular and non-Religious - but not particularly peaceful.

I still dont understand why there is a single jew living in germany anyhow. I for one would never want to live there. And now instead of jews living there, they are replaced with hordes of turks and arabs... germany is lost. Many felt so bad about throwing out jews and persecuting and finally murdering them that now there is zero ability to throw out arabs or turks. They have become ingrained in the society that has had to live with the shame of the shoah

to be fair to the germans. I was under the impression that they had removed all the veterans of the war from the service, and that the snipers, rather then being a 47 year old survivor of the eastern front were 20 year old poorly trained virgins. I could be wrong though. I blame political correctness. I would rather have an old experienced former wehrmacht sniper trying to save me then a politically correct newb

Call on these mad talkbackers that it's time for aliyah from europe like I'm seeing here. But no calls to make mass aliyah movements from the USA. Home of the KKK and no Jews allowed country clubs... This is a very sad story but I am sorry to say its clear and obvious this is an American problem as well as a European one.

How can a Jew who respects himself and his people, live in Germany after Holocaust? I know personally several former German Jews who would never set their foot on the German soil that is soaked with the Jewish blood. Former chief rabbi Lau, when he is on an official visit, never stays for a night in Germany, but rather goes to the neighbouring Holland or Switzerland.

Profound comment that actually sent chills down my spine. You're absolutely right, Gad.
40. Why do some Jews insist on living in Germany
BEN JABO (MACHAL ,   ISRAEL   (08.30.12)
The Holocaust should have taught them that they're not welcome

What's the matter? Six million Jews is not enough to satisfy your blood lust? You are a disgusting creature.
42. #16 - world doesn't work like that anymore.
Henry from New York ,   Currently under the Tuscan Sun   (08.30.12)
People live all over. You have a home country, but you also have either ex-pats or just people living all over. I thought Vienna was a bit more cosmopolitan. Are you not used to different people being about? I'm not sure where you get the idea that someone doesn't belong in a certain place.
43. What are your suggestions?
Edithann ,   USA   (09.01.12)
I can't believe I'm the only one who has realized the world is made up of two distinct entities, 'The Self Chosen' and 'The Anti-Semites.. It's unfortunate we're 'forced' to share the plant ... Do you have any suggestions as to how to ameliorate this ancient quandary? We already know neither party is willing or allowed to ever change their outlooks and we certainly can't force change the each other.. So how do we proceed from here when time is obviously running out? TATA
