Time to sue Galatz and Reshet B for no Arabs and Haredim

So this radio station won't broadcast women singing or speaking its stupid but look its a PRIVATE radio station ( not Kol Yisrael which is public ). Its not an issue of disscrimination in the work place of anything like that its just the fact they want as little female input on their radio station as possible. A private radio station can broadcast anything they like without having to explain themselves. Whilst I do think its stupid what the radio station are doing I hope if it goes to court the women lose because it will be the start of a slippert slope towards into what media outlsts can broadcast and the freedom they have. What happens to radio or tv stations that don't hold broadcasts which include arabs, Sudanese or Eritreans will they sue as well?
