Mira ,   Vienna   (08.30.12)
I hope everybody is aware of what he means by that!
2. #1 - Jordan?
Brian ,   London   (08.30.12)
3. MURSI IS STARVING GAZA. THAT IS
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (08.30.12)
not very democratic. Someone needs to remind him that his country needs to taks Gaza back.
4. Morsi - bread first
Rioni   (08.30.12)
Dear Mr. Morsi, focus on the basics, providing one dry crust of bread to each Egyptian child, at least, per day - after that you can bloviate about who you think the Land belongs to... Anyway, no one's really interested in your sub-intelligent opinions.
5. Four Great Opinions so far...
John ,   Vancouver, Canada   (08.30.12)
It is funny how people are always waiting to judge others based on prejudices and biases. May power be with the open-minded.
6. Morsi's "priorities"
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.30.12)
Well, let's see. The professiuonal and educated segments of Egyptian society are fleeing the country in droves. Egyptian cotton exports, it's linchpin, are down 40%. Egypt's cash mainstays -- tourism and Suez Canal transit fees -- are down 85% and 70%, respectively. Egypt is tottering on the brink of bankruptcy, and Morsi's priority is the ersatz "Palestinians." I wonder how the average Egyptian who stormed Tahrir Square will feel about that.

It works like this: let your problems fester until they are putrid and then you blame it all on The Occupation. Welcome to The Twilight Zone that is the Middle East.
8. HUMANITY CAUSE A PRIORITY

9. #5 Mr. John
Habib Seliman ,   New York, USA   (08.30.12)
Vancouver is not the Middle East. From my perspective, family history and travels through out the Middle East I can state that the concept of having or expressing an 'open mind' is an extreme minority concept, with the exception of Israel.
10. Potential Palestinian state is getting smaller and smaller
Sam ,   Canada   (08.30.12)
If Egypt wishes a state for the Palestinians, it had better urge the Palestinians to accept the Jewish state earlier rather than later. The pie for the Palestinians is getting smaller while they wait for somebody to destroy Israel.
11. A plagiarism from Hitler again.
istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (08.30.12)
The jewish question had a priority for nazis over any other matters. Trains were used to transport jews to camps, instead carrying munition to the fronts. No more important problems for Hitler and Morsy ? I suggest Morsy to fill his stomach day and night instead thinking of palestinians.
12. #4 - Morsi doesn't have bread to give
William ,   Israel   (08.30.12)
He has only venom and hatred, based on the 100 year old Muslim Brotherhood platform, and he hopes - as did other Arab leaders in the past - to use this endless "free" resource to re-direct his starving population away from the real issues Egypt has.
13. "Palestinian cause a priority"
William ,   Israel   (08.30.12)
but only to those with an anti-Israel agenda. That is, ultra-Leftist nations who are self-proscribed anti-Capitalism and despise all things "western", and Arab nations. The rest of the world - the majority - have no time nor concern for the "Palestinian cause" nor subscribe to the virulent anti-Israel agenda of these dregs.
14. #6 - you forgot to mention Egypt can't get credit
William ,   Israel   (08.30.12)
it needs to aid its domestic energy production.
15. Yes, own soil
pete hagwash ,   Occupied Palestine   (08.30.12)
yes, on our own soil, my town been there for 600 years, where you come from? Austria, germany, Poland.??? You can take us from palestine, but you cannot palestine from us.
16. To: William at No. 14
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.31.12)
People keep blowing up the wellheads and the pipelines .... if you were an institutional lender or a potential investor, what would YOU do?
17. To: No. 15
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.31.12)
Six hundred years, with nary a drop of archeological evidence to show for it? Is that all? As opposed to the 5,000 years of documented and archeologically supported presence of Jews? Are you sure you spelled your name correctly? Isn't it "Hogwash?"
18. to #17 Sarah B, the 5000 year old Jews: who is not Jew?
observer ,   Egypt   (08.31.12)
19. To: No. 18
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.31.12)
You, for starters. Build from there.
20. #19 why I am shegetz
observer ,   Egypt   (08.31.12)
because if I marry a Christian woman, my children are Muslims. But, if I to marry you, my children would never be except Jewish.
