with the internet bringing constant updates, and free. Ma'ariv should know that. Also there is Yisroel HaYom which is great and FREE. So Ma'ariv should learn how to compete in a changing environment.

To No. 2. Unfortunately, it seems to me that the leftist media like Maariv, Yediot, Haaretz and Channel 10 could actually prefer to close down rather than to truly understand, who their clients really are and what those clients needs are in an Israeli society which is diametrically opposite to their views . I used to subscribe to one of these nameless newspaper, and when letter after letter did not effect change, I cancelled my subscription. They are now hovering on the 6% mark. What a shame.

So there should only be right wing newpapers in Israel. If you want only one point of view in the press you should get in a time machine and go to the Soviet Union where there was only 1 point of view in the press - the government's official party line.
