1. Abandoning the people during war
Roxy ,   Israel   (09.04.12)
This article is so true, during the summer Lebanon War the local authority of K.Bialik shut down almost comletely the only person left int heir office was the cashier at the municipality. We were left without any instructions from them as to safe places for our children,or our disabled.Even some Kupat Holims were shut as well during the entire war leaving patients to their own devices to find their medications and doctors ! Our only source of help for that Kupat Holim crisis was in my case to call the health ministry itself to find out where I could pick up my cancer medications in the area as my kupat Holim was shut tight!
