There is no proof whom so ever committed this act. It is most likely that it is more of the same Islamofascism for two reasons. First they hate and persecute Christians - which Israel has never done EVER. Second they often blame Jews for their own crimes. Just like Mursi staged the attacks in the Sinai to violate the Camp David Accords, blame Hamas and shackle his own military. no matter who wrote it, they are ignorant. And living in an area with lots of ignorance and racism, what is striking is the poor language, and written expression.
