1. You mean Arabs not Palestinians
Larry ,   Or Yehuda   (09.05.12)
The Arab Palestinians are now called Jordanians
2. protest about how the PA pays prisoners but not employees
zionist forever   (09.05.12)
Eerybody is putting up prices because basic raw materials are getting more expensive. Partly because of the weather in the US where most the worlds food comes from global food prices have gone up. Gas prices have gone up and the PA get their fuel from Israel which has just put up prices. Wear stupid masks, set yourselves on fire, ride donkeys it won't won't influence Bibi or anybody else. If though you do want something to protest about then protest about the fact. Then protest that the the PA is either not paying its employees their full wage or not paying anything at all supposedly because they are broke and donors haven't been generous enough but they do have the money to INCREASE the salary given to prisoners in Israeli jails. No money to pay employees but got money to not only pay prisoners. I would actually like to know why the EU & US who give the PA the bulk of their handouts have never complained about the complete wastage of donated money. If your unemployed so have some time on your hand I suggest you go treasure hunting, the father of your nation ( the man who dreamed up the idea of a palestinian people ) Arafat he stole a good billion in international aid money designated for you so go look for that. Protest about the fact Suha is living the high life on stolen money while you rot.
3. You have to lie in the bed you make
Chopper4 ,   CPT, South Africa   (09.05.12)
The whole world is suffering because of the Palestinian, Syrian and Iranian leadership and those hell bent on Israel's destruction. Israel has not done anything for the past good few months, yet Israel is somehow to blame? that evades me. The ones hell bent on destroying Israel are to blame for the high prices. If they were to give up on their threatening ideology the world prices of everything could stabilize, however until then we all have to suffer.
4. If the price of gasoline is so expensive,
jason white ,   afula,israel   (09.05.12)
what are they using for self immolation? Do they eat a lot of ful, then sit next to a lit candle? I would like to donate a 1000 liters of gasoline and 500 boxes of matches. The more crispy critters we see from the arabs, the better it is.
5. Soon the world will blame Israel for price hikes
David ,   Israel   (09.05.12)
6. Unite with the flourishing
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (09.05.12)
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and all problems are over.
7. donkey power
mark ,   jerusalem   (09.05.12)
pretty soon if prices continue to rise i might as well buy a donkey. A donkey on yad2 cost 500NIS max and will more than likely live 10 years lol plus no traffic as donkeys are really good at navigating routes through mountain sides :)
8. Reason to celebrate!
Jonathan ,   TLV, Israel   (09.05.12)
Let's celebrate the fact that (self-immolations aside) some of the Palestinians have taken it upon themselves to express their views peacefully. Any step in that direction should be celebrated, no matter what the specific point is that they're making. I take off my hat to the guy on the donkey. It could have been a suicide bomb.
9. #4
Henry from New York ,   Under the Tuscan Clouds   (09.05.12)
40 years of military service is no excuse for sadistic tendencies.
10. Best possible scenario is overthrow of PA
Samer   (09.06.12)
Best possible scenario is the PA government falls, then Israel becomes responsible for the welfare of the 4 million Palestinians it occupies in the West Bank and Gaza. That should bring us closer to the one-state solution that all the rightists here are clamoring for. One bi-national state governed equally by Jews and Arabs.
