Berlin is finally admitting to common sense. Circumcision is NOT a crime, it's a basic human right no different than an inoculation.
I don't feel as bad being 1/16 gentile German anymore, lol

The justice minister only instructed state prosecutors not to prosecute circumcisions, if certain conditions were met. The circumcision must have performed by a physician, with anesthetics, in sterile environment etc.
Btw. the state prosecutors are not bound by the minister's instruction.
