I was just in the airport in Athens checking in for my flight back to the US that was right next to the counter where an El Al flight was checking in. There were police with flak jackets and assault rifles hovering all over the place so I don't think you have too much to worry about, at the airport at least...

You really need to check the departure lounge at Ben Gurion Airport to see how many Israelis will be travelling to Europe before Rosh Hashana (the Jewish New Year which commences on the eve of 16th October)

Israelis do want the palestinians will have their own country, but their leaders do not. they need the hatery to prosper in order to stay strong rulers and steal the donation sent to the poor palestinianes for themselfs (Arafat became a millioniar, his wife lives extravagantly at paris, and the heirs are no differend)
