Jim ,   Oregon USA   (09.07.12)
Yea and if you believe that I have some nice swamp land overlooking a landfill for sale ...
3. Roads and bridges to more debt.
SD Charger ,   San Diego   (09.07.12)
He promised to repair our infrastructure in '08 !!! Some of our bridges and roads are almost 100 years old and dilapidated, why not fix them when you had the chance to put people to work? It doesn't fit in with your socialistic plan, thats why. He HAD to mention Israel after yesterday's MAJOR blunder, and if YOU vote him back in, you deserve what he does. I know Netanyahu is smarter then that.
4. What about Jerusalem, Mr. Obama
Nora Tel Aviv   (09.07.12)
Someone has to remind Obama that there is a place called Jerusalem, the capital of Israel. A place that he has visited with a kippa on his head. But that was before his election to presidency, therefore of no value today.
5. Very nice
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (09.07.12)
but he must also deal with US security. The annual illegal immigration of mexicans, haitis, caribbeans etc. threaten the future of the whole american society.
6. oh come on now
Larry ,   Los Angeles   (09.07.12)
Do we really believe him? To get re-elected he will say anything. When push comes to shove, as they say, he probably will do nothing.
7. Bullshit Obuma
Vicky ,   Ashkelon Israel   (09.07.12)
You said that 4 yrs ago and made damn sure that the opposite happened. Any US Jew worth his salt would see through him. But there again most of them only care for themselves.
8. GO PLAY GOLF YOU PHONY
DA RAP ARTIST ,   SAFED OPERA HOUSE   (09.07.12)
Don't try to be nice to us just because you have elections in a few weeks.Sling yer 'ook pal.
9. US elections
Henry ,   Cavite, Philippines   (09.07.12)
There is no way a nation can progress unless it is in God's favor - no matter what leaders may do or wish. The question now is: Is America still favored by God?
10. Lukewarm applause (at best) at mention of Israel's security
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (09.07.12)
11. Obama has Florida's back
deborah Lurya ,   irvine   (09.07.12)
Obama still needs the Jews, in Florida that is. Romney has a very narrow path to overtake Obama, he needs Florida and Ohio to do this. This is a battleground for both candidates
12. Sorry Obama, you lose. too much mistakes
Refael   (09.07.12)

15. " PURSUIT OF PEACE "
MR CYNIC ,   SAFED OPERAHOUSE   (09.07.12)
A very noble concept ,but this will be at Israels' expense no doubt.
16. Israel's security!
Rich ,   Toronto, Canada   (09.07.12)
If Israel is going to have a future worth talking about they will have to reduce those high taxes, bring the cost of living down, and make peace with the Muslims in the region.
17. His actions over the past 4 years tell another story
Al   (09.07.12)
Dont believe a word coming out of his mouth. He will strangle Israel should he be re-elected. You have been warned.
18. Committed to Israel until after the election.
(09.07.12)
19. Lets all pray Obama is voted out..he is not good for America
Frank ,   USA   (09.07.12)
20. Right Rich, #16, it's all so simple: Israel
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Gush Etzion   (09.07.12)
must do this and that but the Arabs ... need do nothing. It is Israel whch needs to make peace with the Arabs in the region whether or not Arabs wish to. Good thinking, Rich! If we were only to listen to you ... why Israel could solve the problem immediately ... by going out of commission, out of existence, the way the Jews of Europe used to. Thanks for you input, Rich. Well analyzed, well thought out, very needed!
21. Obama
Rhonda ,   Chicago, USA   (09.07.12)
For the first time, I didn't even stay up to watch it. He wants the Jewish vote and the truth is he will get a lot of it. But not mine. I appreciate the Irin Dome Funding and the support in the UN. But this constantly telling Israelis what to do without setting down any equally direct and clear message to the Palestinians AND his very vague messages to Iran has lost me. The Iranians are laughing at us, or at least their government is. I won't vote for him. It's going to be hard to vote for Romney since I disagree with much of that platform. But that is what I am going to do.
22. I feel sorry for Ambassador Shapira, Mr. B.H.Obama's...
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (09.07.12)
... representative to Israel, having to advocate for a President who: 1. Refuses to accept that Jerusalem is Israel's capital city, and does so only under pressure 2. Singles out Jews, because they are Jewish, and demand that they limit their living space on earth, including in villages, towns and even city neighborhoods of their homeland of 4,000 years 3. Attempts to dictate to Israel its future borders, while doing so contrary to both international law and bilateral agreements between Israel and its Arab neighbors It is time for a change, as Mr. B.H.Obama called for in 2008...!!
23. Israel needs noone
John ,   UK   (09.07.12)
Once upon a time they did, right now they need nobody, but if they keep giving into everything usa demands then more and more wealthy will simply get fed up as they already have and they will see israel as just another part of the usa, something wealthy jews see as oppressive. I am far from wealthy but work with the rich
24. Obama is the worlds BIGGEST FAKE !!!!
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (09.07.12)
Finally get rid of this EVIL clown !!!!!!!!
25. BHO and his commitments

26. Obama is committed to Obama.
(09.07.12)
27. I THINK I WILL GO MAKE MYSEF A CUP OF COFFEE
ZIONIST FOREVER   (09.07.12)
Mr President ( hopefully Mr EX President ) I would prefer to listen to the coffee boiling than your empty election campaign promises.
28. Oma put the Jerusalem subject back on the Agenda
Ari ,   Jerusalem   (09.07.12)
due to REpublican criticism. He is comited about Israel security until the election and then what? If he is presing Israel the way he is now doing it through third parties, such as his generals or his embassadors before the election, after the election he will give Israel hell for 4 years. He does not need anymore Israel since there wont be another election.
29. 4
zionist forever   (09.07.12)
Lets hope in November he will be Mr Obama rather than Mr President. Don't forget the palestinians objected to him calling Jerusalem the capital of Israel so the next day he said that he meant the status of Jerusalem being negotiated through peace talks. That promise wasn't even valid for 24 hours.
30. He can't be trusted
UK Lawyer ,   UK   (09.07.12)
The problem with Obama is that his Presidency has been clouded by a veil of mistrust since he took office. Doubts about his country of birth, religion and true name etc lingered for far too long and confused even those who voted for him. In relation to Israel specifically, Obama reneged on his "undivided" Jerusalem quote ( "ooops" he said afterwards, " it was a poor choice of words" ) and whilst declaring support for Israel he has hung the Jewsih state out to dry on many occasions ( without rebuking the Palestinians where such rebukes were due ) . He is a President with empty words, empty promises and empty rhetoric... he is a ditherer and clearly tries to calculate everything toward vote winning - and not ( as he says he does ) because he thinks those things are the "right thing to do" . Clint Eastwood took some flak for his "empty chair" routine ...but to me it was very apt ... empty President, empty promises, empty chair. To put it this way - If you believe what Obama says about anything - then you'll probably believe anything.
