Were there any arrests made? Somehow I find it hard to believe that any of the Rabbi's mentioned in the article wrote that. There are no suspects and no arrests so far. I wont be surprised if at the end it will be our "cousins" who did that

Is everyone so sure the Jews did it? No one has been caught,no suspects have been arrested,and it could have just as easily been Arabs who were trying to make Jews look bad. It would not be the first time it happened.

I don't know if in this case it was or was not a Jew who perpretated the hate crime, but we have to acknowledge the possibility and--the fact that of late there HAVE been cases. To retain our souls, as the Rabbis suggest, we must examine our hearts and make sure that we as Jews do not allow ourselves to descend into the same horrifying behavior that has plagued our people for long. I will accept that there may be no proof as yet as to who committed this criminal act - Jews, Arabs or anyone else. What is, however, interesting are the responses of those who cannot conceive that it might have been Jewish individuals who were responsible. This might be understandable, even natural, if it was a parent seeking to defend his/her child. But to say that Jews could never carry out such acts reflects a lack of insight into human frailty, especially given heightened tensions and ongoing hatreds.

It's a nice gesture coming from the rabbis but it's interesting to note that I learned about this act of vandalism from Jewish sites. I checked 2 popular Polish news sites and it was there, but not displayed prominently and there were almost no comments.
