31. #28 is on 2 something good! Skype is a private conversation.
(09.12.12)
PM Mr. Netanyahu has been running at the mouth on TV for days and days... so now President Mr. Obama is going to pay him back in the same token!
32. #23 Only in your fantasy world
Deb ,   US   (09.12.12)
33. #24 Is Burma fighting a war for Israel?
Deb ,   US   (09.12.12)
Which countries are fighting wars for Israel? You sure know how to discredit yourself. That's the best you can do? Pathetic
34. Obama also found time for a fund-raiser in NYC
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (09.13.12)
Yes, Obama is too busy to meet Netanyahu. But he has enough down-time for an Obama suck-up on late night TV in NYC. (Michelle appeared with Dave recently.) And not so busy that he'll pass up yet another fund-raiser, this time with Jay-Z and Bionce (tickets reportedly $40,000 each).
35. If Obama's chances.....
Robert ,   Australia   (09.13.12)
.....of re-election are enhanced by appearing on Letterman's show, Israel should be pleased. Obama's actions so far have been to Israel's benefit but most clots here are too stupid to grasp the fact.
36. OBAMA Netanyahoo!!
andy ,   Seattle, USA   (09.13.12)
We have spoiled Israel and for mere vote politics republicans are bowing to this thankless bonehead. No sir, USA will bow to no one. And I am so appreciative of our president to keep our self respect. Israel learn to respect US.
37. You're overestimating Obama
Tom W ,   USA   (09.13.12)
Obama is the puppet of the anti-Israeli leftist Soros-Friedman clan, with money given by the Marxist Jewish Hollywood plutocrats along with other leftist Jewish individuals. The Jewish vote is insignificant but the Jewish money is crucial for his reelection. This subject has been repeatedly discussed on these boards. America is in the grip of the hard left and because of the "white guilt" Obamao is untouchable and beyond reproach according to the "New Left". As the US keep on gravitating toward Islam the divorce from Israel is a fait accompli believe it or not. Pro Israeli, conservative forces are the minority and they are afraid to be un-PC lest they will be called by names like "racist" etc. Jewish controlled press, like the WaPost and N.Y. Times are permitted to gush anti Israeli sermons because they are "progressive" Jews and self-loathers are welcomed in leftist circles.
38. America's Jews Will Stll Vote Overwhelmingly For Obama
A.C.Guard ,   USA   (09.13.12)
39. Obama Doesn't Care....
Dan ,   USA   (09.13.12)
he already knows he has the American Jewish vote in his pocket. Jews never learn from the past, they just talk about it but do nothing to change the dynamics.
40. Bibi or Letterman
Mark ,   Cleveland OH   (09.13.12)
Bibi is a pathetic clown. Letterman is funnier clown. Good choice Obama.
41. Typical
Hinda ,   SF Bay Area   (09.13.12)
It's an election year. What is more important Allies or Re-Election?
42. Conflicts in schedules
John Robey ,   Austin, Texas   (09.13.12)
You could just as easily argue that Bibi could have adjusted his schedule as well.
43. Bibi and letterman
Dan ,   NY, USA   (09.13.12)
Bibi is almost as big a clown as letterman
44. Persona non gratae
Nina ,   NYC   (09.13.12)
That's what happens to any obnoxious foreign moron who criticizes our President.
45. The man is running for office, again.
Baruch ,   Israel/Houston   (09.13.12)
Lets see Bibi versus getting into office--thats a tough one. Is it a slow news day somewhere?
46. To #13: You're beyond dumb!!!
Jake Stone ,   USA   (09.13.12)
47. Void the parias
Miguel de Espinosa ,   Israel   (09.13.12)
Achamdinejad and Netanyahu aren't people any US president should meet oly because they are in US to present their hegemonic views to the United Nations.
48. # 23 & 24
Birdi ,   Israel   (09.13.12)
Kenny go play with your toy soldiers instead of writing drivel here.
49. He can go on the show circuit after he's fired in November.
Ezra ,   San Diego USA   (09.13.12)
50. #44 Appalling Obama behavior
Cynthia ,   USA   (09.13.12)
Snubs our only ME ally while he rolls out the red carpet to Morsi. What's wrong with this picture Nina? The Islamist Egyptian leader smiles as he takes our money while his henchmen burn our flag. Obama makes a mockery of the US.
51. #50, Obama knows what Bibi will say w/o meeting him.
Michael ,   California, USA   (09.13.12)
Netanyahu hasn't said anything new in ten years. Obama has seen Netanyahu 17 times; no, wait, make it 27 times. Morsi, on the other hand is new, fresh, maybe smart? Worth checking him out, at least once.
52. #51 Dime store diplomacy
Cynthia ,   USA   (09.13.12)
Netanyahu has met Obama only a few times. By avoiding Netanyahu, Obama gives the impression he's afraid Netanyahu will overshadow him. You'll remember the standing ovations Bibi received last year from our US Congress and Senate. And what better way to resolve differences than to get together rather than run away from the problem. And if a spot on the Letterman Show is more important to Obama than diplomacy, let him pursue a career in the entertainment field so Romney can get the job done.
