(09.13.12)
If the owners were anyone but Zionists, they would not have been evicted until the claimant proved his ownership. Because they were Zionists, the government and court insisted on evicting them first, and finding the truth later. In any case, Ehud Barak will not let the Jews move back to their home and his lap dog Netanyahu will say nothing.

its not by the high court bagatz. but a lower court. if it was up to the high court they would take the jewish owners and put them in front of a firing squad behind the court. jews know not to expect any justice from bagatz high court, its the 'palace' and kingdom of hardcore leftist fascists.

Is it naive to think that real estate transactions require a certain amount of paperwork to be completed and, not least, the handing over a not inconsiderable amount of money! If that is so, then the matter ought to be able to be settled one way or the other in a fairly straightforward manner. I guess this is not the case so maybe I could be enlightened on the issue.

The Arab owner sold the property, received money and transferred the deed. He then learned, likely much to his dismay, that selling property to Jews in the ersatz "Palestine Authority" is a "crime" which carries one -- and ONLY one -- penalty: death. The poor Arab is dead man walking. But he did sell the property. In a nation of laws, contracts of sale actually mean something. The Israeli court did absolutely the right thing. But now you -- and everyone else -- understands why the ersatz "Palestinians" are scrambling to undo good-faith, fully legal transactions involving real estate sales by Arabs to Jews. Enlightenment enough?

Hebron is the burial place of Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebekkah, Jacob and Leah. What better proof that it has been a Jewish town going back a long way? We cannot imagine saying no Arab can live in the Jewish state, yet the PA says openly that no Jew may live in the West Bank heartland of the ancient Jewish homeland.
