Even if we did throw out, or heavily modify, the sacred First Amendment it would not affect this case as it would be done ex-post facto. Also, we have that amendment so vague for a reason. It is meant to be a rule that can always adapt with time based on different cases, but never ever changed or stricken from the U.S. Code. If you cannot see this then I am afraid you, quite frankly, lack any sort of patriotism and do not deserve United States citizenship. Laws like the First Amendment are the cornerstone of our country and no matter how horrible things get in this country, we still have our founding principles to fall back on and seek to return to. The day that changes is the day I burn my passport and my flags (save old Betsy Ross of course), because that will be the day my beloved United States of America will have truly died.

You miss the entire concept of free speech and the guarantees afforded under the Constitution of the United States. Perhaps a basic course in civics would enlighten you.
