2. Now, beeing christian, If I should act like a muslim...
Beary White ,   Norway   (09.19.12)
.. then I should start braking windows here in Norway, and do other uncivilized actions!! BUT, since most of us here in this country are NOT islamic followers, we behave civilized and do NOT start rioting...
3. Jesus had no wife
African Rabbi ,   Zambia   (09.19.12)
because if he had, we would have found cross link in the New Testament here and there. Everything is linked together.

Dr. David   (09.19.12)

Mod Skeptic ,   USA   (09.19.12)
8. A reliable source, this is not
Henry from New York ,   Under the Tuscan Sun   (09.19.12)
There is still no contemporary evidence for this Jesus of Nazareth and a second century source isn't exactly the best source for info on an early first century figure.
9. not new
DavidR ,   USA   (09.19.12)
This is not new! Other gnostic teachings and text imply this. This is a professor trying desperately to make a name for herself. This will go the way of all the gnostic lies. Yes, Yeshua has a Bride but it is not Mary M. It is His Assembly of Talmidim. Those who keep the Commandments of G-d through Moshe and have a Testimony of being the Talmid of Yeshua. Those who enter into His Covenant by grafting into the Olive Tree, Israel.
10. amazing gullibility
ben Ish   (09.19.12)
artifact after artifact is found to be fraudulent. Museums, having certified artifacts are often later found to be forgeries. Biblical forgeries are so rampant, I'm not sure any authentic artifact has been found since 1957, and yet STILL things like this are automatically assumed to be credible. Even more amazing, this shred of fourth century has -no- provenance and yet credibility is automatically assumed. In light of the extent of forgeries, any -new- discovered artifact should be heavily questioned automatically. My presumption is that this particular one is an entirely modern invention, perhaps written on a scrap of 800 year old papyrus with a blank spot just large enough for a forger to write on.
11. And if I write that I met his wife in Sam's Club yesterday
David Turner ,   Richmond, USA   (09.19.12)
what would distinguish my comment as less historically valid than the quoted document written 500 years after the purported death of Jesus?
12. Yes, Jesus' wife is His Church
Naomi   (09.19.12)
Please read the Bible, basic source.
13. to #8 Henry from NYC
Bluegrass Picker ,   Afula   (09.19.12)
can you show me contemporary evidence that Moses existed? 500 years from now, will there exist any hardcopy evidence that you were born & lived?
