1. Israel is still growing VERY fast!
Brian ,   Los Angeles USA   (09.21.12)
Some Israelis have a habit of being cynical and negative, but these numbers are very good! Compared to the OECD average and other developed 1st world countries, Israel's economy is growing much faster. Look at the rates in Western Europe, Japan, or the US. They would envy our numbers! Keep growing Israel, and soon your GDP per capita will be on par with Britain's and France's. Am Yisroel Chai!
2. Send this article
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (09.21.12)
to the neo nazi journalists, who inform their readers that Israel is an improductive country, totally depending on US financial aids.

Britain is bankrupt. Gone down the tubes.
4. Wait till the gas starts flowing
Eric R. ,   USA   (09.30.12)
Once they get the natural gas flowing from Tamar next spring, that alone will add another 1% to the GDP growth, and that is without the multiplier effect. According to the CIA World Factbook, Israel's per capita income has passed Spain and Italy in the last couple of years, and will likely pass South Korea and France by 2015. And if you ever start pumping oil from the Shefla basin, watch out!
