1. Nope. It has to be either Mossad or IDF commandos
Vlad   (09.19.12)
Obama is simply not the kind of guy who would order this kind of action, especially since he's gone out of his way to avoid war with Iran. He even reprimanded Netanyahu over the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists. Obama is content with cyber warfare against Iran, but he will not risk a direct war with such actions. This sabotage could only have come from Israel.
2. Probably Mullah hating Iranians or opressessed minorities!
PETER SM ,   MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA   (09.19.12)
There are plenty of both. Its just not PC to talk about it.
3. No, it couldn't
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.19.12)
United States Special Forces could not find their nether orifices with two hands and a flashlight. Remember Iran? Remember Somalia? They couldn't even exit Pakistan in the bin Laden episode without dropping a helicopter, and then failing to blow up its most sensitive electronics. U.S. Special Forces, indeed!
4. Go Navy SEALs and Delta Force !
Mike ,   Tampa   (09.19.12)
Tear them apart !
5. It is neither Israel or US behind this attack
kuhl_blitz ,   Doha / Chennai   (09.19.12)
It was a fault in their electrical grid design itself. The fact being - it was all designed, manufactured and installed by Iranians. Some iranian guy inside the plant might have put his ipod for charging which caused a huge trip in electrical grid and the whole thing blew up. But, if (the big 'IF') Israel had conducted this mission, it is better to announce it, rather than being discreet. This will prove to the world that Israel is a strong nation. I am from India (hence, love for the Israel as well as for Iran) and as of now most of the Indians think that Israel keeps begging America to attack Iran and Israel is week enough not even to draw a red line by themselves. So, be strong
6. @1
Confirmist Con   (09.20.12)
& don't forget, according to the most current report, a pair of Gali tennis shoes were found at the village guesthouse near to the blast site....
7. Don't rule out France
Toby   (09.20.12)
France is getting tired of these people and are helping under the radar.
8. Doubtful. All signs point to the US helping not hurting Iran
Jake ,   USA   (09.20.12)
9. #7 Not likely. Remember France's Army's Motto
meir elazar   (09.20.12)
Run, Hide, Surrender, and Collaborate
10. #5 kuhl_blitz
MR   (09.20.12)
I love both India and Pakistan but I love the color of your missiles more. Also your food. So, be strong buddy.
11. no chance, US "special forces" bungled
(09.20.12)
no chance, US "special forces" bungled it always....remember Operation Eagle claw in Iran in 1979 ?
12. #7 France...Hahahahahahahahahaa.....
RichInBoston ,   Boston USA   (09.20.12)

13. Blown fuse to say the least
John ,   Boise, Idaho USA   (09.20.12)
Achy did it...swinging from the power lines like a monkey after school let out
14. Tshuvah for talkbackers?
Avramele   (09.20.12)
I thought it might be good to pray these days not only for my own forgiveness but for that of hate filled talkbackbackers. However after reflection on the pathology of what I keep reading, a mishaberach and a call for refuah shlaimah is more in order. Get help Sarah and friends!
15. #1: Vlad and #3: Sarah B. got it right! 100% right!
Israeli 2   (09.20.12)
16. Who cares?
Paul ,   Liverpool UK   (09.20.12)
It doesn't really matter who it is, as long as it does the job .
17. Destroy Iran's electric grid & oil refineries too.
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.20.12)
Israel is definitely behind these heroic attacks. There is no way the Obama regime could be. Iran's electric grid and oil refineries should be destroyed too. Destroying Iran's oil refineries would leave it without income. Destroying Iran's electric grids would leave much of Iran in the dark. Finally Iranians would be fed up enough to drive the Mad Mullahs from power.
18. #3
Jim ,   USA/PA   (09.20.12)
Wow, Sarah, that's some support! They may have lost a helo, but they still blew away Bin Ladin. Thing is, I believe #1 is correct and it wasn't our boys at all. I'm sure there are enough succesful less public missions we don't know about that far outweigh your disparaging comments.
