1. Monkey boy must be on something
Haim ,   TA   (09.24.12)
Should try taking a reality pill. this man will surely go down in History as one of the craziest dictators that lead to the fall of the Iraninan nation.
2. What a "wonderful" world
PaulZion ,   Israel   (09.24.12)
How can the world, and especially the US, give this hatemonger a platform to spread his hate and threats? Shame on the State Department for allowing him into the US and shame on 60 minutes for even thinking of interviewing him. However, if he says that every country has the right to defend itself, that includes us - and if need be, we will exercise that right. Iran always announces how puny Israel is and how much of a threat Israel isn't. Funny, because thay obsess about Israel ALL the time.
3. The Treasure of Sierra Madre
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (09.24.12)
That's the kind of adventure it's going to be for Israel.
4. Incompetent Piers Morgan
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (09.24.12)
These "journalists" aren't worth the underpants they are wearing. Why didn't Morgan asked him "Mr. President, you and other Iranian leaders, especially the head of your armed forces, said you will totally destroy Israel - that involves the genocide of 8 million people. Just how do you intend to kill all of those people and what will you say at your trial at the ICC for war crimes?" These journalists behave like idiots who are afraid to do their job.
5. WHAT HE SAID COULD NOT BE BETTER.....#1
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (09.24.12)
By you referring him as a monkey does not in any way reduce his personality. In fact, you are belittling the same creator who created you as well.Am I correct? However, your point being that he talks about Israel all the time...........yah?What about your media hype for the last 6 years about Iran to an extent where someone remarked that you get more news about Iran than about Israel in the Israel's news media. ''Oh,we are going to attack irrespective of whether USA joins in or not''.........rhetoric has been there almost on daily basis. Are you under the wrong impression that Iranians would just sit with folded arms while Israel prepares as if it is one-way traffic? You are a joke indeed!!
6. THE MEDIA HYPE HAS OVERTAKEN......#4
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (09.24.12)
Your thoughts altogether. What are YOU talking about? What ICC are you referring to? Seems like you just read what the Iranians are saying disregarding various plots hatched by Israel and USA to somehow curtail Iranians progress in all the fields. The fact that you did not succeed is what makes you write what you have. The journalists know much better than what you think,Brian.

Ram ,   London   (09.24.12)
I am guessing that Morgan is not even thinking about the ICC but the size of the tiny urn that will hold Ahmedinejad's remains when the time comes.
8. #5 Mahmood
PaulZion ,   Israel   (09.24.12)
The difference, and the BIG difference is that Israel recognizes tha fact that a nuclear Iran is an existential threat to Israel's survival. In the light of his public announcements about wiping Israel off the face of the earth etc., we take his threats seriously. Meanwhile, Iran and Ahmedinijad always say that Israel is no more a nuicance than a mosquito. My point being - and you are really dumb if you didn't get this - is that they seem to spend a disproportionate amount of time and energy worrying about a "mosquito", don't they? Says something about the Iranians, doesn't it? ...and if you didn't get the point, it says something about you, too. Something not very complimentary.
9. Ahmadinedjad AND ISRAEL.
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   HOORN, NH, HOLLAND   (09.24.12)
OF COURSE EVERY COUNTRY HAS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSSELF WHEN IT IS ATTACKED. BUT ALSO STOP DOING WAR-THREATS TO ANOTHER COUNTRY, IF THERE IS REALLY NO REASON FOR DOING THAT.
10. Iran became defender after "wipe Israel off the map" speech?
Yaniv ,   Israel   (09.24.12)
11. Is this...news?
Aaron C. ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (09.24.12)
You KNOW that there isn;t a real worthy news story when the subtitle is "his country has a right to defend itself if Israel strikes". Iran is a soverign country, of COURSE it has the right to "defend" itself against all "strikes" no matter who is striking and against what...
12. what?! has right to defend from what?
TheWorldIsCrazy ,   n/a   (09.24.12)
Mr. Iran starts placing bullets into a gun saying he's going to kill you while at the same time inciting his friends to hurt you as well. You run over to Mr. Iran and break his gun. Mr. Iran now says he has the right to defend himself from your act of self-defense.
13. Mr. Amadinajad
Reza   (09.24.12)
Mr. Amadinajad, do you not think that tiny Israel has a RIGHT to defend itself from big bull Iran and all the genocidal threats?
14. Whats this - Zionists are 'Adventurous'
Tim ,   Brighton   (09.24.12)
Flattery will get you nowhere! Note his new coiffered hair style sudden hair growth and new gleaming teeth. Does he use the same hairdresser as Mashaal? His talents are wasted as President of Iran Is a new career in show all-pole dancing beckoning?
15. #5 Why Ahmadinejad ramps up rhetoric
Cynthia ,   USA   (09.24.12)
Your pathetic little hero has been repeating the same statements since 2009. His big mouth has plunged Iran into isolation and economic disaster. This will be his legacy when Iran boots him out in 9 months. His name calling and theatrics are intentional to get money out of UN negotiators. France, Germany and England are responding with more sanctions. Ahmadinejad can leave New York with his gift basket and tail behind him.
16. Can't wait for Ahmadinejad's Presidential term to end
Steven Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (09.24.12)
"His second presidency term ends on August 3, 2013. He is not eligible to run for another term under the current Iranian constitution."
17. #16 Hope your Wright, He should have been
ben   (09.24.12)
