Peres also destroyed the Osirak reactor, flew the Iodine flag in Eilat, stopped the Syrian tanks in the Golan, walked across the Kineret and raised the dead. He's a great guy, he says so himself.

5. flip flop flip flop
zionist forever   (10.02.12)
He may well have supported Rabin's decision to rescue the Entebbe hostages ( something no politician would never even consider in these days of 1000 - 1 deals with the devil ) but Peres the father of Israel's nuclear weapons program tried to block Begin and his decision to attack Saddam Hussain's nuclear reactor because he was worried about how it would affect diplomatic relations between Israel & France who were building it. Peres is a flip flopper who sometimes makes the right call and at other times will be dead set against doing the responsible thing for trivial reasons. Today he is no use to anybody and its time for him to quit politics, enjoy his presidents pension and write his memoirs.
6. Yes, and ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.03.12)
.... Peres invented the Internet. Working with Al Gore. Didn't you know?
7. Pathetic Peres opposed every heroic thing Israel did
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.10.16)
Peres does one thing well; lying. He opposed virtually every heroic thing Israel did. Including the Entebbe Rescue and destroying Iraqi nukes. Everything Peres supported, such as Oslo, was immensely harmful to Israel.
