1. Of course it was deliberate!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.02.12)
Find the criminal and charge him with four counts of attempted murder and with leaving the scene of an accident. He shouldn't be hard to find. If he rear-ended a military vehicle, his car did not come away unscathed. Arabs are lousy mechanics.
2. sarah no 1
human ,   jerusalem/ palestine   (10.02.12)
Did u fix ur car in an Arab garage? How do u know that Arabs are lousy mechanics? Or is it just a racist remark? I pity people like urself. Don't go around wining about racism against Jews, while at the same time making such a silly racist remark!

Please shut up, you have nothing of value to say, all you do is express your hate

Kenny ,   UK   (10.02.12)
What a stupid racist remark.
5. To: No. 2
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.02.12)
No. I would never trust an Arab mechanic with my car! My nephew, on the other hand, who is a graduate student at Hebrew University and on a budget, had the brakes of his car (which he inherited when his father purchased a new vehicle and which he maintained immaculately) replaced in an Arab garage, by someone who was purportedly the best mechanic around and not very costly. Three weeks later, the brakes failed, and it was a miracle that he wasn't killed. I never whine about anti-Semitism; I merely acknowledge that it exists and has morphed into anti-Israel sentiment. Nothing new there. It is the ersatz "Palestinians" who whine and complain about absolutely everything and never take responsibility for anything -- least of all the consequences of their own actions.

Sarah, aren't "lawyers" supposed to be impartial? Surely you would gain more Brownie points if you kept your mouth shut till it is known what actually happened. How can you be sure it was attempted murder - or is that just your vile hatred showing through again?
7. Pretty mild as ME moments go
Cameron ,   USA   (10.02.12)

your vile hatred is showing again as was observed and stated by other readers. See a professional to help you get rid of your hate to Arabs and other races ,
9. Preponderance of evidence, folks
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.02.12)
Point 1: Eyewitness account by one of the intended victims, who was easily in a position to conclude that the car made no attempt to swerve to avoid a collision. Point 2: Leaving the scene of an accident. That's a crime -- a felony in most countries. Why do that if you have nothing to hide and are as pure as the driven snow?

My naive dear left (I assume that since the rights are busy elsewhere) extremist. I'm sure you believe all palestinian "accidents" happens to involve driving their car into Israelis or accidentally detonating their "fertilizers" on Israelis...
11. Sarah B
sid ,   israel   (10.02.12)
Guess what ? There is no Sarah B . I heard of one who lived during the middle ages . But that was a long time ago but may be she surfaced again to feed us with her political vitriol .
12. Sarah the B. What proof have you? They
(10.02.12)
could have been drunk and step into the taxi.
13. To: No. 12
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.02.12)
Yes, and the taxi driver could just have descended from the heavens. But even in the extraordinarily unlikely event that the soldiers were impaired, the driver of the taxi did leave the scene, didn't he? Of course, using your "logic," the driver could have been drunk and stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake. That's another felony charge -- driving while impaired or driving under the influence -- but we'll never know, will we? He fled the scene of the accident before the police arrived, didn't he? You're just digging yourself a deeper and deeper hole, by the way. Your fanciful suppositions are not sustainable.
14. and of course thesesoldiers won't be charged
Walid Jumblatt ,   Beirut   (10.02.12)
it's nothing uncommon with this entity. idf harm Palestinians and never getcharged. i hope the driver gets charged because the Palestinians gothrough enough. it's time these aggressions stop. the Palestinian people only want to live in peace, not get run over by vehicles. W. J.
15. #1 your racist comments are not the view of regular Israels
Chana ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (10.02.12)
take your vile mouth elsewhere Sarah b. it's people like you that make people hate us. to say Arabs are lousy mechanics is shallow and ignorant. ynet should block your future comments as you have nothing of importance to contribute. i am a right wing Israeli, but a majority of Arab/muslims are just as good as some Jews/israelis, Christians, Buddhists, etc. there are bad extremists on everyside. do yourself a favor and judge people individually like I'm judging you right now. you should apologize for that statement, that racist statement! chana

Lio ,   London UK   (10.03.12)
Don't assume anything about me. I am neither naive nor an extremist. I've been around as long as Israel has. Wouldn't it be a boring life if we all agreed on everything, we'd have nothing to argue about! Oh and I'm sorry if I upset you by disagreeing with your "celebrity poster"...
17. Another terrorist attack
Chaim Ben Kahan ,   Efrat, Israel   (10.03.12)
These kind of Arab terror attacks are all too common. I am sure they will catch the terrorist and bring him to justice.
18. Sarah B hate comments

Thank you Chana for your excellent comment. .

Have you read the article? Your description charges that the Israelis ran over the Palestinian. The Israelis were the ones hit by a car driven by a Palestinian who fled the scene.
20. Sara is right. But the article is not about Sarah
Alon   (10.03.12)
21. If it was an "accident",why didnt driver wait to explain
Alan ,   SA   (10.03.12)
Hit and Run is a crime in EVERY country in the world Sara is NOT on trial here as a few posters seem to imply!

Birdi ,   Israel   (10.03.12)
Madam, you don't have the right to speak for ''regular Israelis'' since you were not voted for this position by ''regular Israelis'' nor anyone else. There is nothing racist about ''Arabs are lousy mechanics'' It is exactly like saying Arabs are not good mechanics, which in actual fact is true.

Drinking alcohol is against the moslem religion.
26. Sarah got it right...STOP to accuse her
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (10.03.12)
instead of the perpetrators !!!!!!!!!!!!
27. I doubt it was intentional. Hitting heavier vehicle does
leo ,   usa   (10.03.12)
not guaranty serious injury to its occupants or people standing behind it. I think it was trivial hit-and-run accident.
28. reply#27
daze ,   US   (10.03.12)
Thankyou, leo, for that wonderful arab enabling explantion, I feel so comforted. As for auto mechanics, look at the middle east. Outside of the Jews and Israel, It seems most everything else being done is rather shoddy. So why would auto repair be any different
29. #14 Try reading the article, Walid
Jake   (10.03.12)
It's pretty clear, not written in some unintelligible squiggly calligraphy. The culprit was the palestinian taxi driver. The victims were the IDFsoldiers
30. #26, Yes, she is right, Herr Brownnoser
Jake   (10.03.12)
And what of it? Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
