Unifil DOES report Israeli violations of Lebanese air space. This is a given. The trouble with UNIFIL is that because it is looking up at the IAF it does not see Hebollah building pill boxes and munition dumps. I believe UNIFIL that it did not see any drones. They were not looking.

UNIFIL are concerned with keeping lebanese people from shooting at Israeli people, and in the terms of the UN they are doing their job.
