Iran does not want nukes to use them, because that would be the end of Iran. Iran needs nukes as an umbrella. If they have nukes, they can project their power in Saudi Arabia and the US can't act. if Iran has nukes, will Saudi forces massacre Shia in Bahrain? Second of all, Iran needs only to hit Tel Aviv with a low grade nuke to kill most of its mainly Jewish citizens that will result in the destruction of Israel's economy and the State as a whole. Finally, Iran doesn't give a damn about Sunni Muslim lives, and certainly even less about Arabs. Iran not only killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqi Arabs of all religions in their war with that country in the 1980s, but Iran sent its own children as mine sweeps during that war!
