why don't you ask yourself: does Israel want peace with lebanon? does either party have any substantial and direct and immediate grievance against the other? there is no reason that Israel and lebanon cannot be peaceful neighbors, except that lebanon has decided that it doesn't want peace. in order to defend itself, Israel conducts surveillance. any moron, or, almost any moron, knows that Israel's position is defensive. in contradistinction, hezb is bringing lebanon along on its suicide mission against Israel.
