1. Hamas is trying to curb terror?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.14.12)
Oh, of course. A terrorist organization wants to curb terror. Still -- if they REALLY want to sell the product -- I have an idea. Hamas should rescind its charter, which calls for the destruction of the State of Israel and the extermination of the Jewish people. Then, I might take them seriously. Not unless, and very definitely not until. Hamas plans to abandon terror on the twelfth of never. Anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. The best way to eliminate terror stemming from Gaza is to reduce Gaza to a stinking pile of rubble. THAT would work.

problem is that its already a stinking pile of rubble
4. No, Hamas wants to monopolize terror
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (10.14.12)
Hamas doesn't like anybody undercutting their authority. Unlike the Lebanese government that is helpless before Hezbollah, Hamas won't let any other organization grow big enough to threaten its monopoly. Remember, there is no democracy in Gaza where might is right. Hamas simply wants to make sure it remains the biggest and strongest terrorist group.
5. I thought there was a policy of zeros

tolerance and that our citizens would be protected. Silly me !

Unfortunately zero tolerance will only truly begin when a rocket lands in Tel Aviv, or hits a school or hospital in the south (G-d forbid). Until that point our government is willing to sacrifice the people living in southern Israel!
7. I have more faith in Hamas curbing terror
A ,   Belgium   (10.14.12)
than the DefenseLESS Minister with the smug smile of chronic constipation. Hermoni says, "Not a day goes by here without projectile fire, or anti-tank fire, or infiltration attempts." Why is this being allowed to happen to the sovereign State of Israel? A ground operation putting young soldiers lives at risk isn't even necessary. Sorties by the IAF, day and night, using cluster bombs, napalm, who cares what...and I'm SURE hamas will think twice before shooting another rocket or mortar shell into Israel. And for the sake of Israel, I hope Bibi is sincere in getting rid of that arrogant clown of a DM, Ehud Barak.

Get over yourself. YOU draw a hard line? YOU don't give in? That armchair must be gold-plated, honey. Even though I may agree with your general stance, the "illustriousness" wears thin at times, doll. Try decaf.

Every time you have tried you have gotten your butts kicked. Don't you ever get tired of that? An intelligent people would have learned by now and would try to honestly make some sort of peace with Israel. Instead you choose not to accept anything less than Israel's destruction which isn't going to ever happen. Until you change this attitude you will continue to be a loser.
