I supposed that Israel's medical system is one of the best in the world. Why to go to Belarus for a liver transplantation then ?

More like no donors. Belarus... not quite a place with high moral standards regarding transplant laws. Israel's rich and powerful have always gone abroad for medical treatment - including cosmetic surgery - I wonder why? But the real question is, who was the poor soul who "donated" his liver so Dagan could live? I just cancelled my ADI membership.

Who was the "poor soul" who "donated" his liver so that long-term alcoholic Mickey Mantle could live (for all of five days)? Who was the "poor soul" who "donated" his liver so that long-term drug addict and alcoholic David Crosby could live? What are you trying to imply?

I encourage others to sign up as potential organ donors. In Israel as a card carrying potential donor you will get bump to the front of the list if you need one yourself. WIN,Win

12. #4 Israel's medical system is one of the best in the world
However, the age limit for liver transplants in Israel is 65 and Mr. Dagan is 67.
