31. #22. Anthony: Code word:Teleprompter
Tom W ,   USA   (10.29.12)
There are videos on the web showing his stuttering without teleprompter. Reading text written by others is his "outstanding intellect".
32. Oh my God ,...

If he represents the high end of the yeshiva 'product' I can only imagine his pupils ,...

Nina ,   NYC   (10.29.12)
stripped of their citizenship and cut off their welfare checks!
34. To Nos. 16, 18, 21, 23, 25
Bertram ,   London, UK   (10.29.12)
My goodness, it doesn't take much to draw your fire. I asked a simple question about legitimacy in expressing opinions. This is what I meant by 'intervention', a term used by you and others with such wild abandon. But, instead of actually responding to the question it is used as a detonator for launching personal verbal assaults. It's good entertainment but a poor substitute for rational debate.
35. To nr 33
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.29.12)
Can we Israelis/Jews say the same about the Arab fifth column of Israel - namely that they should be stripped of their Israeli citizenships and welfare checks? By the way Nina, I didn't know that you are a "native" of America....

Of course you enjoy your time reading our talkbacks; British politics are so very boring. Thanks for the compliment!
37. To No. 36
Bertram ,   London, UK   (10.30.12)
Of course I enjoy these talkbacks, much in the same way as I enjoyed seeing the clowns at the circus when I was a child.
38. Obama gets my vote. Rav Melamed convinced me.
Michael ,   California, USA   (10.30.12)
Talk some more rabbi, make sure people listen to your Religious Zionism nonsense. I have chosen to stick with Itzhak Rabin's legacy.
39. Every picture tells its own story
Big Al ,   Zichron Israel   (10.30.12)
Nuff said!
40. Murderous, treasonous pig!!
Belinda ,   Texas, USA   (10.31.12)
Obama is guilty of aiding our enemies & the ultimate murder of 4 Americans in Benghazi!! Nixon was impeached for MUCH less! He should be tried & imprisoned for treason & 4 counts of murder! Wonder if Biden would ask him if he'd always had balls the size of cue balls?? I doubt it would be taken as well as the father of Ty Woods had to take it!! I would've knocked him out for asking a question like that as they're unloading my son's body!! What a TRASHY, dishonorable bunch of misfits!!
41. Politics and religion, a bad mix.
Shlomo ,   USA   (10.31.12)
In the US, any member of the clergy actually telling people to vote one way or the other can result in the IRS revoking their organization's tax exempt status. Too bad it can't happen in Israel. Politics and religion is like throwing gasoline on a fire to put out the flames. Someone always gets burnt. The Founding Fathers of the US were very wise to put separation of church and state into the Constitution, it's a shame that there are no penalties for ignoring that part.
42. #30 Kathy - It is more a vote against Obama than a vote for
meir elazar   (11.02.12)
Romney. I do not care for Romney and totally detest his vice presidential running mate Paul Ryan. But there are no honorable candidates running in USA or Israel. The great leader either don't have the funding or can't survive exhaustive public broadcasting, internet, social media, etc. Moshe's resume' couldn't get him a job teaching in a Jewish school today. He didn't speak well. He hit the rock. The people were always complaining about food, water, and military defeat to the Giants (not the football team). The two main issues are economics and social issues (e.g. Romneys' religious beliefs and previous statements on women's rights). In general the USA voter will look at his issues and what is good for him. This includes unemployment, effects of national debt on pensions, housing values, and the future. Unless Arabs are driving airplanes into US buildings, they don't care about Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Egypt, etc. The key issue is what is important to Americans. Obama will have his die hard supporter, even amongst Jews. He will have a few token acts that may help bolster his image amongst Jews who are looking for scraps to continue their membership in the Democratic Party. But in the final analysis there are no good candidates and this election boils down to voting for the lesser of two evils.
