Apparently Israel has it's share of slowww learners. History has shown the ineffectiveness of the infamous French Maginot and Israeli Bar Lev Lines and now this Fortification Scheme to protect Israeli Citizens. Lines (even Red Ones) and Fortifications do not stop missiles from terrorists and their supporters. They need to be disarmed and retrained into less destructive behavior.
