Your post may very well be what your friend said and what both of you think. That's your right. But did it need to be posted here and now? This man just suffered a horrible attack at the hands of people who want to do us all in. He's lying in a hospital bed. I wouldnt be surprised if He isnt asking himself, "well, this is a mess, how am i going to move forward to better my situation each day?" I'm sure his family and friends are summoning their own inner resolve to help him in all ways possible on his path to recovery. It wouldn't be unlikely that some are reading these talkbacks. Why write such discouraging remarks and hurt them further at this moment in time?
20. Confiscate PA tax monies to pay for his full rehabilitation
Dr. L. Brnd ,   San Diego, USA   (10.28.12)
And pay for the anti-rocket reinforcement of Sderot and other Gaza communities with a surcharge on the supply of Israeli electricity and water to Gaza, and a "user fee" on the use of Israeli roads and ports to ship Gaza and PA exports. 100% legal under international law and the Oslo accords
21. # 9
Birdi ,   Israel   (10.28.12)
If your friend's sons were born in Israel & they do not do their army service as required by all Israeli nationals; if they ever try returning to Israel, after the age of 18, they will be arrested on the spot for evading the draft. Remember to tell your friend the above info.
22. Ziv,weare not in your unit but we also all love you too!
Alan ,   SA   (10.28.12)
23. We won't give up resisting your aggression either
Ahmad ,   Gaza, Palestine   (10.29.12)
If you go back, we sure will go back!
24. Dear Ziv..Todah Rabah! Wake up 9,19,21
Dina ,   New York, USA   (10.29.12)
If it weren't for Commander Ziv and the IDF, the Arabs will murder millions of Jews just like the Nazis did. 9,19&21 have taken the exact same naive position as we did prior to and during the Holocaust. Thank Hashem for Commander Ziv and his fellow soldiers. Let's all pray for his speedy recovery and Hashem's protection of the wonderful IDF!!! Love, Dina
25. GOD BLESS YOU....
les ,   canada   (10.29.12)
A GREAT MAN, I KNOW ISRAEL IS VERY PROUD OF YOU, AS WE ALL ARE...THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. IT IS PRICELESS!

Me and my fellow elites are doing just fine, we mostly ignore Gaza except for a few showpieces when absolutely necessary. I'm sitting fat and happy, so what is this guy's problem?
29. We love you Ziv our Hero

Good for Captain Ziv Shilon, he is an excellent example of how to overcome adversity. He was been badly injured, yet it does not get him down. Mr. Shilon is ready to get up and continue to with his life. Everyone can learn from Mr. Shilon's example. Mr. Shilon, I hope you get well very soon.
