With new times there are new forms of abuse. Teens today commit abuse over the Internet, Facebook etc. Asking girls to pose for immodest photos on the Internet is also abuse, as is grooming for abuse. The court is just keeping up with the times, as are the Rabbis who appeal for followers to use filters on their Internet.

The animal who abused and frightened these very young girls should also be castrated. Can you imagine him as a father to young girls??

I hope this doesn't allow people to falsely accuse one another of phone harrassment. Now all I have to do is claim you frightened me on the phone and you have be jailed for it.

Now hopefully those stupid needy people who call you to tell you you haven't voted will also be charged with indecent act!

Especially those annoying recorded messages. It might not be an indecent act but its an invasion of privacy bottom line.
