This FAA ruling is just absurd. The entire world knows that El-Al has the tightest security measures and technical expertise, including the training of pilots yet FAA is in complete denial. Absurd!

Perhaps you didn't read the article. This had nothing to do with El Al. Ben Gurion airport was indeed a disaster waiting to happen. That's why they just spent hundreds of millions of dollars building new taxiways, and lengthening one of the runways, so that they wouldn't have to fly incoming and outgoing aircraft right at each other.
