1. Sakal-reduction retail prices
Sleek ,   Israel   (11.17.12)
Retail clothing chains in Israel have nudge mark-ups- hundreds of percent and sell inferior fabrics...I do not feel sorry if a couple of chains go out of business.
2. agree with number 1 completely

i totally agree with number 1 everything in israel is being jacked up in prices and for crappy quality, and its not just clothes but everything from food to cars. In january 2013 all cars are going to increase a further of 4 % and for what ??? i bought a renault for 43000 US dollars if i was living abroad i would be driving a slightly used s class mercedes or jaguar. this whole country is based on theft the government steals from us so why not the distributors of products. there should be laws instated on how much price inflation is allowed.
3. Don't buy it
Ethan Schwartz ,   Eilat   (11.17.12)
We don't need boycotts, If something is too expensive just don't buy it. You can live without certain cheeses or vegetables or branded clothes. Buy what you need.
4. A long chain of theft, gouging, and price fixing
Haifa   (11.18.12)
I order a lot of stuff online (from eBay or Chinese sites like DealExtreme) and the amount of money that can be saved is tremendous, especially if you don't need something immediately and don't mind waiting. But can you buy a car or an apartment/house online? Groceries? The answer is no. It's all obviously due to price fixing (especially in the supermarkets) and greed... everywhere you go in Israel. There is no price ever for any product which is worth it's quality here. Is this lack of consideration for the public really part of our Zionist dream? I can't imagine what it would be like if I had children. And for that reason, many who are fortunate to have the option, such as myself, are strongly considering moving out of Israel, at least for a few good years.
5. Not in dollars!
David ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (11.19.12)
Topshop products don't cost anything in shekels or dollars in the UK. Why would you not publish pound prices?
