Leo ,   Canada   (11.05.12)
...but it should never be something we enjoy or are proud of or happy about. Newspapers should be responsible and do not bring some dead and forgotten back to the forefront.
12. Not such a bad idea...
David ,   Hartford USA   (11.05.12)
because israel will be able to bring into court all the damning evidence of what the PLO and Fatah really are. Israel's counter suit will be a few thousand times larger for every single innocent Israeli slaughtered over the last 40 years by these murdering losers.
13. Good Idea Lets Sue
Dan ,   Florida - Tel Aviv   (11.05.12)
Let's make this a general Class Action wherein all aggrieved parties from all Western Countries can sue the Arabs for the murders, terrorism and destruction they have wreaked in the past 64 years. Murder has NO statue of limitations and every Arab with blood on his hands should be dragged into court. All countries giving succor to terrorists refusing to surrender them should have their Government imprisoned until trial for murder is concluded and they are sentenced and it is carried out.

and Israel for Jewish people could sue on behalf of our victims in WW11 and subsequent terror, the perpetrators including their wealthy backers and funders, Israel would be the wealthiest nation in the world. But we remain wealthy so long as we do not forget the covenant
18. If Israel cannot sue anyone for constant rockets out of Gaza

20. #7 the short answer is...
G ,   Salem, USA   (11.05.12)
The short answer is no. To go into more detail, a court (or any court that isn't a kangaroo court) must have jurisdiction, and no international court has jurisdiction over Israel and Tunisia. If this terrorist was a US citizen, then Tunis could possibly sue in US court and get a judgment against Israel, but it's irrelevant, Israel won't pay as no one can make it. Iran just got a couple billion dollar judgment against it, but the victims who sued will never see a cent.
21. We should sue Tunisia for terorrism support
Robocop75   (11.05.12)
teh so called "arab spring" is in fact a islamist winter trap. the middle east has changed for worst, thanks to BHO.
22. too much crimes
Wang Zuli ,   Shanghai   (11.05.12)
Israel is involve in too much crimes. You must go to court.
23. Yes, please do try to sue Israel
Griff ,   Portland, OR   (11.05.12)
I wonder how Tunisia thinks such a suit would be successful. They can't really bring it in US Federal Court, for a variety of reasons, nor can they really bring it in an Israeli court...and given that those two courts are the only ones where the ruling would have any weight to it...what are they going to do? A kangaroo court in Tunisia? Yes, the entire world will definitely recognize the legitimacy of such a court's ruling. Killing a terrorist is murder, ergo, the US, Israel, and all of the West have murdered thousands of people over the years, millions if you include combatants in wars. So yes, please do bring such a suit.
24. Assasanation
Alon ,   Brooklyn NY   (11.05.12)
Arabs aw free to murder Jews without punishment or retribution. Arabs slaughter each other in Syria, perhaps the UN should Syria. Where are you UN, on sleep break, wakey wakey. The UN such another waste of money, have never and will never ever do anything positive in the world, time to close up shop, anyone second the motion?

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.05.12)
... a crime against humanity? I think the Tunisians have it backward. NOT killing a terrorist is a crime against humanity! I wonder if Pakistan is going to sue the United States over the bin Laden thing. Some countries just cannot help putting the stupidity of their leadership on display .... we can add Tunisia to the list.
30. So, taking out a known terrorist is a 'crime against humanit
William ,   Israel   (11.05.12)
