I know people, including friends, who were extremely enthusiastic about combat corps, but had medical problems, and fought to be accepted into whatever units they wanted. Most of them didn't make it until the end of the training.
Combat service may seem both challenging and fulfilling, but it's also difficult and demanding. Please be careful.
