1. Not suprised
WIZ ,   Canada   (11.07.12)
"Netanyahu will be asked to publicly declare what concessions Israel would be willing to make vis-à-vis the borders of a future Palestinian state. " and thats a bad thing? Peace not war will free Israel
2. When abbas comes with NO preconditions, then listen.
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (11.07.12)
3. Get ready to see some sanctions on Israel
Israeli Texan   (11.07.12)
By next week, Obama will be requesting nations to start sanctions against Israel for not restarting peace negotiations. He will then cut off all aid and threaten to allow Abbas a freebie at the UN. Don't believe me? Time will tell.
4. How about Palestinian concessions?
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (11.07.12)
Israel has made enough concessions. How about it being the turn of the Palestinians for a change? Here are some easy concessions: 1) Declare that a negotiated agreement will signify the end of the conflict and the end of Palestinian demands. 2) Declare that you accept the existence of Israel and its right to exist as a free and independent state. 3)Drop the "Right of Return" BS and tell your own people the truth-- that it ain't gonna happen. Those concessions will be good enough to start with...
5. Supporting Romney
Steve ,   Silver   (11.07.12)
The best thing is the Israeli leaders can do, is not take a partisan approach. The Prime Minister should have stayed in the middle. By supporting one leader over the other, he jeopardize the relationship between two countries. This is affter everything US has done for Israel. Israeli leaders should stay clear of American politics.
6. SWEET Obama's VICTORY, I am so happy.
Sarah B ,   U.S.A /Israel   (11.07.12)
7. Obama Israel
Charles Wickware ,   Dallas usa   (11.07.12)
Don't rationalize on what Obama might do or how he might feel about Israel or its people. He sacrificed our own in Benghazzi, what make you thing he will do to Israel or her people. Even if he is forced to help, there will be delays and procrastinations to the point that if Israel gets attacked, you will already have suffered great carnage to your land or even total annhialation before he even lifts the first finger to help. Israel don't be blind, you will pay dearly! Thanks to president Barack Hussein Obama.
8. #5 Once again, WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE
Jake   (11.07.12)
We have been reading that Netanyahu allegedly "supported one leader over another" in the election, which you are merely parroting here. But where is the evidence? Name ONE remark that Netanyahu made against Obama.ONE remark indicating he hoped for Obama to lose or Romney to win. I challenge you. And this, despite the fact Obama made his snubs of Netanyahu public and patently obvious.
9. Obama & Netenyahu
Sam Spade ,   Reno, NV   (11.07.12)
From: Obama Hey Netty, you tried to shoot me down by backing Mitt just remember the best revenge is not living well the best revenge is revenge. Hey lose my phone number.

DA RAP ARTISTE ,   SAFED HOUSE OF FUN   (11.07.12)
By force ? I say the same thing to you and Obama ,come and try to push us around if you think you're hard enough.
12. #9 Evidence that Bibi backed Mitt?
Jake   (11.07.12)
Where is your evidence? That Mitt visited Israel, while Obama did not as President? That was Obama's choice. Netanyahu did invite him. SO WHO'S BEEN SNUBBING WHOM?
13. none
Johnny zamora   (11.07.12)
All the palestinians want is their land back that was stolen from them throughout the last few decades. Israel had no right building settlements on ilegal seized land. That is a precondition that must be met. If someone came and kicked you out of your home, you too would want it back.
14. Barakah Hussein Obama
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (11.07.12)
Tell the Great Pretender to get lost and wait for him to get impeached.
15.  BIBI WILL NOT BE PRESSURED
DA RAP ARTISTE ,   SAFED OPERA HOUSE   (11.07.12)
Pressure has no effect on him .

His ass-kissing trip to Israel didn't help if haven't burried him and that's a message from six-pack-Joe to others ,...
23. Is the US Embassy in Jerusalem?
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (11.08.12)
No. What does that tell you about Mr. Obama? All else is commentary.
24. Reality bites hard
MelekhShaul ,   Jerusalem   (11.08.12)
Both Ynet and its many red neck Talkbackers can go on and on denying and deriding President Obama as much as they like, about and how he's an Arab, and an enemy of Israel, and how true blue and white Jews know the truth and the rest of the self-delusional claptrap trotted out by mean spirited settler lovers and occupation justifiers. In a way they can't be blamed for blindly following the empty rhetoric of Bibi and Yvet. But one unpalatable fact they can't talk down is that 69% of US Jews voted for Obama and attempts to make Israel an election issue patently failed, mostly because just as American voters aren't fooled any more and American Jews are tired of Bibi's verbiage especially on Iran. Now you can get as paranoid as you like about that but the other fact that everyone seems to know except Ynet and it's Israeli equivalent of the Tea Party is that Israel's senior military and security leadership isn't buying Bibi's hysteria either. This is a reality check for Israel's right wingers and their delusional and clearly failed Republican chums. No one's fooled any more guys. Goodbye.
25. Payback is a...
TaylorT ,   Earth   (11.08.12)
...well, you know the rest. And it's coming! Obama will join with the rest of the world and TELL Israel what to do. And if Israel refuses, it's UN sanction time. And then time to crank up the International Criminal Court, and with UNSC approval, begin indicting Israeli leaders. Couldn't happen to a people that deserve it more.
26. Every leader has the OBLIGATION, not only the right to do...
Gil ,   USA   (11.08.12)
hat is BEST for its people. NO BOUNDARIES. THIS INCLUDES ISRAEL. END OF DISCUSSION.
27. #25 Unfortunately for you, TaylorT
Cynthia ,   USA   (11.08.12)
The biggest losers in Obama's re-election will be the American public. Obama needs to clean up the damage he's done to the US economy before he gives advice to Israel.
28. despondent
Richi ,   Eilat Israel   (11.08.12)
I read these talk backs and i feel despondent. So much hate, so many people wanting to believe the worst will happen. What is going on with the world, i am assuming most of the talk backers here come from free democratic countries how could possibly write the hatred filled rhetoric and believe that you are speaking in the name of justice.
29. #24. It's not "paranoid" to stop a nuclear holocaust.
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.08.12)
#24. Iran's leaders have threatened, time and time again, to destroy Israel. Yet you call Bibi's determinatin to stop a nuclear holocaust "paranoid". What is wrong with you? There is no reality whatsoever in your post.
