the only "funding source" they have available is the Israeli taxpayer.
the real bickering is about who will take the political credit, and whose budget will pay for it.

I cannot understand how the PM , DM , Avi Dichetr and others talk and talk and talk with empty threats while hundreds or rockets reign on Israel citizens.
Are they really afraid to do anything serious or don't they have any plans but all right war ????
