1. "We won't sit idly by" Whom are you threatening these empty
Arabs smarter than ,   Bibi's empty threats   (11.11.12)
threats to? Do you think they're scared of your "strong response" of bombing and re-bombing those empty tunnels, empty tin shacks and empty fields from your pusillanimous cowardly Barak?
2. We've heard this BS before ..you don't impress anyone
Al   (11.11.12)
either do your god damn job of protecting the country or get the hell out of office. I have two kids in the IDF..they are there in Israel not to get a welfare check, not to learn in some bogus yeshiva and not to sponge the country. They are there to defend the country. Mr PM do your god damn job or get the hell out of the way.
3. Blah Blah Blah Blah
Haim ,   TA   (11.11.12)
As long as the missiles dont reach Caserea....
4. Only one solution
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (11.11.12)
History has shown that Israel has only one solution for Arab aggression, and it is not killing more Arabs, it is building Jewish homes. Netanyahu should embark on a two-pronged defense. First, reduce the pressure on Hamas in Judea and Samaria so they can eliminate Abbas and his corrupt gang. Second, start massive building in Judea and Samaria as a direct response to the rockets.
5. This is a recording
Robert ,   Romania   (11.11.12)
Isn't this what he says after every flare-up? I mean, they do happen roughly every week now. Students in the South should now get university enrolment criteria waivers since they miss out half their school days.
6. Just talks but no action!
Jew1 ,   Ashdod   (11.11.12)
You just talk & talk but there is no action. We are watching you for last 4 years. That Olmart was better than you. He had guts and responsibility for citizens of South. It looks like you represente only North and Jerusalem. South is not in your list. We feel discreminated and we all know that the day rocket reaches Tel-Aviv. It's all going to be different story and suddenly our government will wake up and we will see proper response.
7. It will never stop because Politicians are too scared
David ,   Israel   (11.11.12)
To risk their careers and fancy benefits to truly go and do what is necessary to remove Hamas for good. Everyone knows that in every war or large operation, people lose their jobs. Unfortunately today we will never have a leader who will lead with real actions and not words
8. Nothing will change
Sarah B ,   Tel Aviv/London   (11.11.12)
The policy will remain the same, in a run up to an election Netanyahu will not want there to be any dead Israeli soldiers, or even worse captured soldiers paraded on television. Be a couple of hours more rocket fire a couple more airstrikes then there will be an Egyptian brokered ceasefire. The mistake was withdrawing from Gaza without a comprehensive peace treaty.
9. Once again
Matthew ,   Ashdod, Israel   (11.11.12)
the government deploys israel's fearsome arsenal of nouns, adjectives, and verbs
10. #2: Well said! Yishai, what do you know about response?
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (11.11.12)
The only response that Shas has is to bleed more money from the country so more "Avrechim" can dodge serving their country and shokkel in the Yeshivas while others die for the country that provides these miserable excuses for people everything they want! Yes, Netanyahu will act only when his position as Prime Minister in threatened and then he will warn us about the "dangers of be nuked by Iran" and the country becoming like Greece and Spain! Remember that in the Likud-Beiteinu there is a new language: Baa, Baaa, Baaaa with Sa’ar, Erdan, Rivlin, Merridor, Akunis and Cahlon leading the sheep! No one thinks that Iran is NOT a threat but a far more serious one is Iran's proxy, Hezbollah, right on our northern border and the rise of Al Qaeda in Syria and the Sinai and allying themselves with Hamas and the Syrian Rebels! As for Gaza, for each rocket they fire at Sderot or the Settlements, we should fire one back at Gaza city! An eye for an eye but our eyes are bigger than theirs! If our people can't live in peace, why should they and if Ashton and the EU don't like it, then screw them!
11. TO MY PRIME MINISTER
Robert ,   Israel   (11.11.12)
Please Mr. Netanyahu, talk less to the press, promise less to your people, and DO what you know must be done in a situation like this. Don't be so "pintlich" and start bombing without "aiming" that much. "Straight shots" on empty places you know that have not worked up to now. Let those palestinians feel our bombs falling next to their houses, schools, mosques, children and elders, no matter where the rocket was shot from. Then you will be playing the same game they do. They will start fearing our power of retaliation and will probably think twice before firing against our country again.
12. Only thing Arabs understand is aggressive tactics
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (11.11.12)
Israel needs to raze Gaza till it begs for peace.
13. We won't sit idly by
Geoff ,   London (UK)   (11.11.12)
I'll believe it when I see it!
14. It appears we are now
Sarah B ,   Tel Aviv/London   (11.11.12)
having a shooting war with Syria
15. No, you won't sit idly by
Mira ,   Vienna   (11.11.12)
you will get up and stand doing it. Whoever elects this washout any more is responsible for the destruction of Israel!
16. "shoot, don't talk"
Dan ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (11.11.12)
"When you have to shoot; Shoot! Don't Talk!
17. "MOPPING WITH THE TAP RUNNING" is unethical. Arab TRANSFER!!
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (11.11.12)
18. Gaza attacking Israel
Brod ,   USA   (11.11.12)
Israel needs to defend itself quickly and ferociously to neutralize Gaza from further attacking Israel again. This is needed to preserve Israel's deterrence. Once deterrence is eroded due to weak responses to external aggressions, it will further embolden Israel's enemies to fulfill their Charter of destroying Israel.
19. Time for Gaza to "Shake, Rock & Roll"
Ben S ,   Free world   (11.11.12)
This is war !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
20. Bibi Just talks
Solly Segev ,   Ashdod   (11.11.12)
After reading all the talk back. I see no one belives you any more. Do something without talking. Cannot fight Gaza, and wants to fight Iran. Go and see your face in the mirror. What a shame.
21.  MORE BLAH BLAH FRON NETANYAHU
BS ARTISTE ,   SAFED OPERA HOUSE   (11.11.12)

Even leftie HAIM in T.A. is pissed off
23. REALLY MR PRIME MINISTER?
les ,   canada   (11.11.12)
you could have fooled me.....
24. #16 Dan - the correct quote from Eli Wallach is:
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (11.11.12)
If you are going to shoot, shoot - don't talk".
25. bibi and ehud buraq are just two cowards!
jason white ,   afula, israel   (11.11.12)
Get that through your heads. They do not have the guts to start hitting the civilians of gaza till they surrender, their terrorist leadership and weapons turned over to Israel. We are lead by cowards and have a I.D.F. high command that is more afraid of the i.c.c. than they are of protecting Israel. There is nothing wrong with destroying gaza and ramallah.
26. Good we heard too much "we will-s" then stop talking just DO
thomas ,   USA   (11.11.12)
27. Just as my post @ No.14

28. To Mr. PM Netanyahu
George ,   NSW, Australia   (11.12.12)
Dear Ms. PM, Before you became PM, I remember, in a Press interview, your wife declared that YOU are the best PM which Israel may have... I wander, if you was the best, how were the rest... Only one question: In the last 4 years, what have you done against the rocket fire? I am not asking what you had to say, but what have you done. What do you have in your pants? Only talk facilitating tablets?
29. Clarification to #28
George ,   NSW, Australia   (11.12.12)
I wrote Ms.PM, only because Mr. Bibi, I don't consider you being a man.
