1. There is no difference
Matt   (11.21.12)
We all went to war in 2008/09, the whole country. Soil is soil, blood is blood.
2. You are right
John ,   Herzliya   (11.21.12)
So, what are you waiting for? More rockets?
3. sir:if see the news in the past 4 yrs u'll know ur wrong
Jalal ,   Gaza   (11.21.12)
i'm sorry but the behavior of israeli politicians prove that the Israeli living in Ramat Gan is worth more than an Israeli from Kibbutz Zikim why did the mayor of sderot strikes many times and no body listen to him ? why now !!
4. Ummm, u are right, Ronen .. but for us
Salma ,   Palestine   (11.21.12)
ITS ALL STOLEN PALESTINIAN LAND ,
5. U r wrong.
DAR ,   Indian   (11.21.12)
You are absolutely wrong from top to bottom and you all know that.
6. what red lines?
Volvi   (11.21.12)
and you are probably calling for a palestinian state in Judea and Samaria? How would you like our main airport come under same barrage? Oh Israel you are so responsible for these attacks on you. You sat on your hands giving the enemy strength, money, red carpet for arafart.....and now you cry?????
7. israels problem is its ghetto culture
zionist forever   (11.21.12)
Right now this country is ghetto like Most Jews in the centre and along the coast. Settlers in Judea & Samaria. Arabs in the Galilee and of course Bedouin in the Negev. The rest of the country is restively undeveloped, the ghetto culture wastes large part of the country, it leads to higher property prices because we are building up rather than out and of course it is strategically bad in wartime because you target just a small area and you can cripple the entire country. We moan about how small Israel is so why have we only made really developed 50% at best develop the rest of it despite the fact that since 1948 we have been talking about dreams to judaize the north and south but it never goes beyond the dreams.
8. All Jewish land is sacred!
Jake Stone ,   USA   (11.21.12)
Apparently, the Israeli leaders' do think more of TA and Jerusalem than they do of the South. All Jewish blood and land means more, as a whole, than its sub-parts. I knew the minute the terrorists' struck TA and Jerusalem, the government would become more serious (due to the points made in the article) about doing something. They had to! Israel, now, has the perfect excuse to, finally, throw-out the Arab occupiers of Jewish land. ALL Muslims MUST go--NOW!!!
9. #4 Salma forget about it!!
Rachel ,   US   (11.21.12)
Israel is not going anywhere, learn to deal.
10. About #4
TruthMonger   (11.21.12)
...and this is the reason that there are problems, until Salma and her ilk accept us, there cannot be any solution, not matter how badly we want it
11. to 4
bmi ,   st louis   (11.21.12)
show me the proof that the land is yours.
12. Truth BE Told
Lightfoot ,   NY, USA   (11.21.12)
WE have to take in account where all this may lead, a cease-fire - Hamas will use the opportunity to re-arm, Hamas wants blockade to be lifted, why? So they can get direct shipments of arms from Iran. Syria's NBC's has compromised, doesn't take much to sneak something into the hands of Hamas to use against Israel, Iran is on the road to weapon grade material, the Islamic monsters don't care about loss of life - since they all live for martyrs. In their eyes, they don't see a future with Israel. Israel needs to not see a future with them. If Iran is calling for the anniliation of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza is ultimately included in the mix, there is no escaping fallout. So their whole idealogy of a world without israel aslo means a world without Gaza and a world without the West Bank. Israel needs to toughen up before its too late! Stop worrying about the worlds opinion, or the popular vote. Take action now! Cut off the head of the snake, cut off the main supplier of the weapons! Stop going after the (proxies) and go after the (source)! Take the fight to Tehran, bomb the hell out of Iran. The longer you wait, the sooner the chances of "The Samson Option" becomes a grim reality. Always remember..."The needs of the Many, outweigh the needs of the Few, or the One..." G-d Bless the IDF
13. Money Vs. Lives
Osamah ,   Halabja, Iraq   (11.21.12)
I do not understand how comes that you prefer economy to lives! The heart of citizens are the heart of any country. Without the people, there is no country to do trade. So, attack on somebody on the boarder should be the same way when Tel Aviv residents attacked. That is one. Second, now civilians, many of them women and children, entire families are assassinated on and off the heart of Gaza, and still you don't care. Aren't they the red lines? or ironically, Gaza resident's blood are not red at at all, not to mention "redder" as you clarified in your opening statement?!
14. Salma (and her stolen land)
Stephen Korn ,   Sharon, MA   (11.21.12)
Please clearly set the record straight (for all of us to read) - which part of Israel do you (and your ilk) consider to be stolen land? And what proof do you have that it is stolen land? When were you ever a nation with your own currency, language and government? Who did you blame for your lack of a nationhood during the 1948 -1967 period when you were controlled (not by Jews) but by Egypt and Jordan? As Golda Meir clearly stated there will only be peace in the region when you and other Arab mothers love their sons more than they (you) hate Jews!
15. #13 RIP SADDAM HUSSEIN
Salma ,   Palestine   (11.21.12)
16. Salma, here is a stat for you to chew on
Mea   (11.21.12)
A few years ago, the UN polled Israeli Arabs about their intentions should the Pal state become a reality. Salma, a whopping 97 percent responded they would NOT leave Israel to live there. Why? Because, they reported, their quality of life is very good in Israel compared to any Arab nation-Nd they based that upon rights. Another piece of fat for your jaw,Salma, is the fact that there are thousands of Palestinisn applications to immigrate into Israel. What you can expect should a state become a reality is a dismal failure and an exodus. Btw nobody believes you are Arab let alone Palestinian since you use Brit rather than Arab vernacular-- just another wannabe.
17. Red lines
Michel ,   USA   (11.21.12)
No one knows what are the RED LINES. In Israeli goverment.period.
18. Israel needs to go for an unconditional surrender by Hamas
Baruch ,   Boston, USA   (11.21.12)
We need to stop this cycle. It will go on forever, except that Iran will keep sending more powerful arms to Hamas, and to Hezbollah. Israel needs to hit Gaza so hard that they beg for mercy, and then clean up southern Lebanon. Tens of thousands more rockets are sitting there waiting to help, in spite of the UN mandate from 2006 not to do so.
19. Bus bombing
Meg ,   NY, US   (11.21.12)
I'm not saying that Israel shouldn't defend themselves against Terrorists in Gaza, but it is very easy for us Americans to sit in our nice, safe homes, thousands of miles away, and say that Israel should attack Gaza and Iran. The repercussions could be disastrous. I have a child and grandchild there!
20. Something smells REALLY bad...
Jonathan   (11.21.12)
Bibi, the IDF heads, the senior people in Israel are not stupid. Somebody or something is holding their hands back. And I don't know exactly what it is. It does not make sense to be, that a few muppets like Hamas, that can all be dead in a few hours, if Israel wants to... will allow themselves so much. Killing innocent people in Tel Aviv. Having Salma from 'Palestine' here, talking like this, rather than going back to her totalitarian country. Israelies need to ask themselves one thing: Do we want to LIVE here, or not? If people choose life, then I'm really sorry, talking to Turkey about a potential cease-fire with some terrorist from the Hamas who is training Children to hate Israel, is not the brightest solution... is it ?!?!
21. #4Salma
Lee Lipman ,   Leeds   (11.21.12)
In one word she said it (ALL) There will never be peace when they say they want every single inch of all Israel. They fool the world media by saying 67 borders but Salma tells the real truth and shows how until they accept us there can NEVER be peace.
22. #15 Did you ever consider that some Arabs
Logic ,   Israel   (11.21.12)
did not particularly enjoy living under Saddam's jackboot?
23. They crossed a red line,
Debbie ,   Israel   (11.21.12)
and pushed us towards the a truce. We look like scared little kids running away
24. to 19
nina ,   ................   (11.21.12)

25. to 23
nina   (11.21.12)
th fault is in the red line . i put my red line to my feet not to cross .so put your lines to yourselfe not the others .....logic thinking
26. What does the Rabbi say
(11.22.12)
Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg, head of the Kever Yossev Yeshiva (school of Talmud) in Nablus stated, "The blood of the Jewish people is loved by the Lord; it is therefore redder and their life is preferable." "It is the law to kill anyone who denies the Torah. The Christians belong to the denying ones of the Torah." --Coschen hamischpat 425 Hagah 425. 5
27. why cant politicians ever speak the truth
alsky ,   Toronto   (11.22.12)
there will only be peace when Islam reforms and accepts Israel as the Homeland of the Jews.
28. #4 Salma. Remember your boasts before Palestine declaration?
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.22.12)
#4 Salma. "Palestine is coming. Palestine is coming", you boasted continuously before the fictional Palestine statehood declaration. I told you Palestine is forever fictional. Guess what, Salma? It always will be.
29. To: No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.22.12)
Which is why there will never be peace until we rid ourselves of you. That's coming.
30. To 29, Mr's Sarah B.
Luiz F Haddad ,   Niteroi, Brazil   (11.23.12)
Dear Mr's Sarah B. Israel is not the loser, she is the real winner. Hamas' bad leaders do know that they can't attack your State without finding a strong reaction. Your government didn't want to invade Gaza's Strip for humanitarian motives. Lives are important to decent people, not caring religion, nationality or ethnical origins. Arab Palestines will never have their State through hateful and blind ways. We, true Christians and Democrats, around all the world, do want a honoured peace into Middle East. We pray for it. But we don't accept anything that may endanger a State that belongs to you, Jews, and to us, a little bit. In God we believe.
