If the "the blood" of all residents, as you put it, was considered equal, this terrorism against a civilian population would never have been permitted to get this far. Governments (and it has been all the governments) who don't care about Sderot and Ofakim are dooming the entire nation. Where were the Israelis before 1948. The whole area used to be called Palestine and few hundred Jews were living with the native Palestinian Arabs like they always used to do living with Iraqis, Lebanese, Syrians, Yemeneee, Egyptians, Tunisians etc etc etc. Number 4 is right and correct.
