Indeed, what could have been said is that because of the increasing number – and level of violence - of these ‘price-tag’ attacks, is that on 9/10/12, Internal Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch established a special police unit to combat this phenomenon. It seems that the point Split (#7) was making was that the bombing suspect was apprehended within hours (which is good) while the ‘price-tag’ perpetrators are rarely caught (even weeks later – which is not good in a just and law abiding society).

When a person has something to lose, then maybe ( hopefully ) they will modify their behaviour. If he came on family re-uniification. Then family is important.
