For example -- it doesn't matter in the United States if you fired the shot that killed the bank guard or if you drove the getaway car. Both individuals will be charged identically.

Another example showing that the statute of limitations for war crimes is unlimited. The cover provided by the US for Isreali war crimes will not always be there in the future as Isreal becomes more isolated and the scales fall from the eyes of the world. In the next 15 to 30 years we will be reading about 80 or 90 year old Israeli politicians and military leaders being arrested for war crimes along with the younger generations of leaders. That day can't come soon enough. By the way I hope Blair will be joining them as well.
