when i make aliyah I hope i get to vote for you, Anet Haskia. I respect your voice.
2. Respect her courage.
SD Charger ,   San Diego   (11.27.12)
Unless you are an Arab-Israeli who lives in her shoes, you don't know what she has to deal with. I appreciate her candor and courage for speaking the truth, even though some may feel she is a traitor. She will be blessed, along with her sons who work and serve in Israel. I believe Bibi is in a much more powerful position now, post conflict. What do you think will happen to Hamas should they decide to break the truce? It won't be pretty.
3. Thank you Anet for your support and values
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (11.28.12)
A refreshing viewpoint, finally, from the Arab side. I guess there are a few but wish there were more.
4. We need more proud Israeli Arabs like her
David ,   Israel   (11.28.12)
To stand up and represent Israel To the world do that people will understand the situation is not black and white !
5. "Haskia, however, has political ambitions as well."
Daniel ,   JM   (11.28.12)
The elections are around the corner. What the hell is she waiting for???
6. Thank You
Rachel ,   Hadera   (11.28.12)
Haskia thank you for speaking out and telling the truth about the kind of opportunities you have living here in Israel. I have never understood how the Arab MKs here are voted into office- they only speak about the people of Gaza and not about how they should be making Arab Israelis lives better here. I hope you do become a politician so the needs of Arab Israelis will be voiced and heard. You are one of the few brave Arab Israelis to come forward and stand up for Israel and what it means for you to live here.
7. A rather typical mother would I say
Didine ,   Lund, Sweden   (11.28.12)
I rather say a " very normal" mother who loves her country and her children. Love is everything, not religion.d
8. To: No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.28.12)
I rather suspect there are quite a few. I also suspect that there are compelling reasons that they do not speak up. Haskia has a great deal of courage. I would love to see her in the Knesset, standing tall as a proud counter to terrorist supporters and traitors such as Tibi and Zoabi, who denounce Israel at every turn and contribute nothing.
9. I'd vote for you!
Diana Barshaw-Rich ,   Haifa   (11.28.12)
Dear Anet, You are such an impressive person! Israel and the Israeli Arabs need you! So, yes, I encourage you to follow your dream and get into politics and make a difference for your particular community and for all of us!
10. You are so courageous and so strong.
Veronique ,   Rehovot, Israel   (11.30.12)
I wish you well in your politcal career and in your ambitions! They will be well deserved.
11. They could be spies
Zionist forever   (12.02.12)
12. her attitude
David ,   Melbourne Florida   (12.08.12)
Her attitude towards Israel might depend on whether she is a Christian or Moslem Arab.
13. A self-hating Palestinian?
Shana   (02.21.13)
