1. Kind of obvious....
Gabe ,   Tel Aviv   (11.28.12)
What with their ridiculously high prices, ancient fleet and outdated in-flight entertainment systems it's hardly a surprise. The problem is that eventually minimum long-term investment will result in loss of competitive edge and ultimately profit. Good luck El Al!
2. ElAl profits
grandma ,   israel   (11.28.12)
their security is grat, but it is true the planes are not the newest, and the lack of individual T.V.'s and plugs for each passenger is not comfortable. On a long haul flight it is important. I have to travel to Canada often and the prices are much much higher than other airlines.
3. #1 EL AL Europe flights
Alex   (11.29.12)
I've flyed many times Europe-Israel both with European airlines and EL AL. If as you say EL AL has an old fleet, all European airlines have too... And talking about services, in European airlines you have to pay extra for everything, luggage, food, drinks, which in EL AL is included. I normally specifically chose EL AL over other airlines even if the price is $100 more.
4. I quite like el al
JB   (11.29.12)
A lot of people tend to bash EL AL maybe because its a soft target. but i quite like the airline. it does a good job, service is good, they may be a little expensive but they are definiately overly underated in my opnion.
5. I fly any airline, but el al.
jason white ,   afula, israel   (11.29.12)
They are the worst airline I have flown. I had lost baggage only on el al. I had a new suitcase ripped with a sharp object only on el al. And there are a number of passengers that are very annoying on el al.
6. It's a miracle when any airline is profitable.
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.30.12)
Warren Buffet, one of the greatest investors in history said, "To make a small fortune, start with a huge fortune and invest in an airline".
