Traditionaly the Conservative Party which is currently in power were pro Israel and Labor had more anti Israel idealists. This Conservative government has not shown any sign of being pro Israel and whilst they are supposed to be euros skeptics they seem to have been much more pro EU than pro US which they have been traditionally. Not so long ago if the US said vote against they would have said no problem we will be against, the EU is pro Palestinian bid and the UK IS.
