Mr. Morsi. I personally think Muhammad was a scumbag. Do you want to kill me? Will you allow somebody else to kill me? Will you protect me with your 'laws'? What punishment will those that persecute me receive? I certainly am not Muslim, am I free to congregate with my fellow believers without fear of death? Will you put that in writing? The Shariah will serve as the basis for Egyptian law under the new constitution, just as it did with the predecessor. The difference will be that the Muslim Brotherhood will implement it, rather than Mubarak. Obama and Hillary Clinton supported the Muslim Brotherhood because, they said, it would bring "Freedom and Democracy to Egypt. But, while there was no "Freedom and Democracy" under Mubarak, there is none under Morsi. "Freedom and Democracy" and the Shariah are incompatible. Ask any Mullah.
