IF,- there are no multi-national Peacekeepers, Assad troops confined to base, opposition disarmed, borders patrolled, immergency aid program and credible transitional government,- then yes Syria becomes another Iraq except uncontainable, chaos spreading into Turkey, the Lenanon, Israel and eventually Iran. IF?
