1. The government needs the money for other things
Like building in the territories, and then paying for the IDF to protect settlers who should not even be there in the first place.
Israel's path to financial difficulty lies directly through those settlements. Bring them back into Israel-proper, and then use the savings to give aid to the Holocaust survivors who are entitled to it.

What is "Israel proper"? How much will it cost to bring the settlements back (where?) Don't you think that develpment of Jdea and Shomron is the way to reduce husing prices all over Israel? Why do you think that the settlements (I would simply call them "villages") should not even be in any part of our land? don't you think that food prices hiked after demolishing Gush Katif? Doesn't the government have to pay steep price for protecting settlers of Sderot and Rishon-Le-Tzion from missiles sent from the territory given out to terrorists?

I am a holocost survivor,it is a shame how the goverment ,every time again and again to find a solution that they dont have to pay the holocost survivors .So long they still not open all te bank accounts van all the Holocost people those never came back.It is Bank LEUMI.Goverment you forgot almost ,but not me!!!!!

7. Forget these BS groups..send the money directly
to the survivors in their monthly pensions.
Enough of the middlemen crooks.
They have shown to be a bunch of crooks since day one when reperations were being send from Germany.
My late parents got their payments directly from the Germans YMS each and every month like clockwork and we bloody well know how efficient the Germans are.
Finally I want you all to know that the Germans only agreed to reperations as a result of pressure from the Allies who were occupying Germany after the war.
The USA has 300K soldiers there to this day, not to protect the Germans against the Soviets (Russians) but to watch the Germans.
