Thats right ,,,gut whatever manufacturing you may still have. Not everyone is a Iron Dome programmer and manufacturer. You still need soft goods manufacturing. Once you gut these jobs you will never have them again. It doesnt take a genius to move a box from point A to B, but it takes smart people to manufacture a product. You are losing those skills. It will come back to bite ya.
2. Kitan was a company that was poorly

managed years ago. Upper management usually was filled by retired army officers and friends and their children. Most workers were more familiar with the running of the Dimona plant than the upper management. Eventually we will outsource all our industry. Maybe we can get the Chinese to build our tanks and the pakis to manufacture our assault rifles? The government should demand that all money given to each company that closes production lines here be returned along with interest, as well as paying for reeducation of all workers. Finally all Israeli companies that outsource production should have a label on all products made overseas and the stores should also have a sign informing the customers. That way we can always make sure if we are really buying blue/white or just increasing company profits and producing jobs for foreigners at our expense.

Ugh oh. That's the american way...outsource to maximize profits. Hmmm...something about not being able to love G-d AND mammon (money) comes to mind here. This is a slippery slope...must make money to stay in biz....but not working when the jobs are exported, too.
