No land in Israel is illegal to build on especially if those lands have been annexed, won by war or legally bought. Still the world will not accept Israel's sovereign rights..why ? If Jews don't have the right then also does not the US which Mexico claims illegally settled Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado which are parts of Mexico.
