The USA and its colonies, Canada and the Pacific atolls, did vote against the resolution. As for Canada? It never had an independent idea in its collective head that deviated from what the Americans told them. And the atolls? The USA holds money over their heads just like AIPAC holds it over the US Congress. What is telling is how the USA really feels about nuclear proliferation in the Middle East. They have no integrity and it's there for everyone to see.
