...about his past when he entered the US? More than 1600 Nazis (yes, even criminals of war)) were brought to the US after the war, legally, as part of 'Operation Paperclip'. Look it up on Google.
3. former nazi guard fights deportation

The subject, Anton Geiser, says he was forced as a 17-year old to join the SS. According to his present age of 88 years, that must have been in 1941. But in 1941 nobody was forced to join the SS "elite" organization.........

If he was 17 years old in 1942 then he was born in 1925. But that is not the reason of my post. The US government is so hypocritical. Do you you know how many high level Nazis were allowed into the USA? Hundreds, maybe thousands. Now they want to prosecute this old man so that a few Jewish shylocks can get their pound of flesh. But remember, what goes around comes around. Under ICC rules 18 year old Israeli guards can be metted out justice in 2082 also!

8. Anton Geiser's deportation case appeal
mimi jacques ,   oob,usa   (12.08.12)
At the time he entered US and signed paperwork- did he reveal of having been in the SS (not Wehmacht)which automatically would have been grounds for denying entry into US. Guards at Buchenwald/Sachsenhausen were the ones who had 'qualifications' to stay in Germany. Anton Geiser joined SS for a very specific reason- to be an elite soldier- not one in the Wehrmacht. Thus the argument that he was forced to join SS/guard at KZs does not hold any legal exemption.

There are no kids aged 17 in the IDF.
